6:00 p.m. - Registration & Express Check In (to expedite your auction check out simply provide your credit card upon arrival.  If you need to leave before check out we will provide VIP delivery service the following week.  If you do not win an auction item your card number will be deleted.)

6:00 - 7:30 p.m. - Silent Auction & Cocktail Reception

7:30 p.m. - Silent Auction closes to prepare for check out

7:30 - 9:00 p.m. - Gourmet Dinner - Live Auction & Open Your Heart Moment
